FAQ

Can this open any password-protected ZIP?

It opens archives created by the Password ZIP tool. Standard ZIP password protection (WinZip AES or legacy) is a different format.

How do I know the password was correct?

Every file is authenticated by AES-GCM. A wrong password fails verification and is reported — nothing is silently corrupted.
